Rook Verdone

Rook Verdone joined Madison Capital Group in 2022 and serves as Managing Director of Multifamily Investments. In his role, he leads underwriting and transaction execution for multifamily and build-to-rent development, acquisition, and refinance opportunities. Since joining the firm, he has overseen investment analysis and transaction execution for more than $1.2 billion in new deal volume. Rook also works closely across accounting, asset management, legal, and investor relations teams to support transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management for a multifamily portfolio exceeding $2.0 billion in assets under management.

Prior to joining Madison Capital Group, Rook was an Acquisition Associate at ArborCrowd, focusing on LP equity investments in multifamily and build-to-rent asset classes across the risk spectrum. He began his career at Balfour Beatty Construction in a project management role overseeing owner-operator capital improvements, developments, and tenant upfits.

Rook earned a B.S. in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Development.
